I have been a long-term subscriber to Norton security software, and have had my two websites registered and ownership verified since 2011, and they still show the sites as being "untested"?
I follow the instructions on the Norton SafeWeb site that directs me to the "Site Dispute" page, and suggests I click "Rate my site" next to the site name, however, there is no such option where the sites are untested?
Can anyone assist?
