Wow.... I finally made it here...... can anyone help?
I'm not exactly an expert at this sort of thing so here goes.... I have a grey symbol next to my website in the search results, I have looked into this and have had to download a file from norton to put in my site so they can verify I am the owner. I have put it in there and can see it when clicking on this like supplied by norton http://movegreener.co.uk/nortonsw_def7bfb0-612b-0.html but when I ask norton to verify it, it says it has failed and I need to put it in the root directory...... can't seem to find that, tried a few different palces within the site files but then it was not visible from the link. I can't find anywhere to contact anyone from norton to get help.........Does anyone know what I can do?
The site in question is www.movegreener.co.uk it's for private property sales and rentals in the Northamptonshire area of UK
