Having received emails on if you renew early you won't lose any days from your existing expiry date, having read during renewal that I won't lose any days, I lost days on renewal!
Turns out you have to buy your renewal from Norton for this to apply. So, if that's the case, say so explicitly, and don't lead people to believe something that isn't true.
While I only actually lost 3 days, it still sucks.
