"Weekly Summary for visitor" showing 1000s of characters

I receive a weekly email "Norton Family : Weekly Report - visitor" with a "Weekly Summary for visitor" category.  Today the "visitor" for 2 different weeks displayed thousands of non-alphanumeric characters.  Is this significant?  Thanks.  I would copy a sample into this post but the post is then rejected for containing invalid characters.
