christine87,
If you would like to just double check your system, download, install and then update the FREE Version of Malwarebytes. Run a complete system scan with it, preferably with your computer in Safe Mode.
It does not run in the background; it only scans when called upon by you.
Best wishes.
Hi christine87,
Welcome! I would first recommend that you run the Norton Full Scan in Safe Mode, to ensure that all malware is being detected. If you still feel that you have malware on your system, I would recommend that you follow the steps listed in the How To Troubleshoot a Suspected Malware Infection announcement. While the steps may be a bit complicated, there are some great solutions in this thread. Thanks!
Thank you for replying. I am going to try both solutions.
But can you explain why the Bloodhound has disappeared from my Quarentined files?! This is making me very nervous.
Sorry for double post. Can someone tell me how to turn off Norton and Avast! temporarily as I wanna do an online scan with Kaspersky.
It may be that Norton Submitted the Files.
Please see this for more information about Bloodhound (lovely name, isn't it?) Detections: http://www.symantec.com/en/uk/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2000-121911-5753-99&tabid=1
Also, you should only use one Security Product at any one time on your P.C..

You should never turn off your Security Product while Connected to the Internet.
To do a Scan with Kaspersky, you only need to Turn Off Auto-Protect, which can be found under the Settings sub-heading.
Why not use symantec's Online Security Check (http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?productid=ssr&langid=ie&venid=sym).
