Welcome to nginx! - What?

When I try to bring up my homepage of Fox News, I get a blank white screen with this message: "Welcome to nginx!" across the top of the screen.  Did a virus get through my Norton protection allowing this to happen? How do I clear up my computer so this doesn't continue to happen? - Thanks

Are you meaning accross the top of the title bar in the browser or in the Desktop itself??
