The only way I can connect with my computer is to turn the firewall off. When you go to settings they are all ghosted. So the other 4 computers and hard drives and mobile phones simply can't see my computer and because of this wonderful product I have to waste half my night trying to work out that it is the firewall again that is preventing me from uploading a video so that I can edit it.
Is there anyone from Norton listening to the customer who wants full access to his private network and no access to Norton and all the others outside of that Network. It appears not and I may need to vote with my feet if you don't fix this. Last time I gave you up as a dead loss for 10 years hopefully we won't need to do this again.
