und dann ein kleines Fenster `Rescue Disk files not found`

@Falk1 May we also ask:

  • What is the OS that is installed?
  • What is the issue requiring the use of Norton Rescue Disk? Infection or ?
  • When you created the rescue disk, is it on USB (previously asked by Guru bjm), are you selecting the correct boot method to mount the rescue drive?

In the Use UEFI boot file row, do one of the following:

  • If the infected computer uses UEFI, enable Use UEFI boot file.
  • If the infected computer uses BIOS, disable Use UEFI boot file.
