Somehow the adware webprotect got installed on my Windows 7 / Lenovo laptop, and it's popping up ads constantly. I went to Windows Add/Remove programs, and I find Webprotect in the list of installed programs. But when I press "Uninstall", Norton 360 then pops up and says that it has blocked wpuninstall.exe, (which I'm assuming is Webprotect's uninstaller). Norton 360 says the threat name is "trojan.gen.SMH". The uninstall process then stops. So my question: How do I rid myself of this pesky webprotect software?
