1.I've read all the "WG Tunnel" threads from 2022, but they have been shut down.
2.I need a solution, not some well-meaning online chat person who wants to reconfigure my firewall when there is no visible firewall option in Norton Security. When the programmers developed the VPN, they should have forseen this problem. It's been a year and no 'patch" has been provided. It's frustrating to start then stop VPN just in order to print to one of my home network printers.
3.As requested: VPN Version 6.0.0.3; running Win10; attached is the screenshot; easily replicated.

What printer do you use, name and model? Are you using it USB or WiFi connected? Is it set as the "default" printer in Windows? And. Are you current with Windows updates?
After you put the exe file(s) you need for the printer you MUST then turn off the VPN then on again for the action to work as stated by Norton.

No change. Once I figured out the location of the 'split tunnel' entrance [the helpful hints page wasn't], I still had to guess which applications to add to the exemption list. Adding my printer/scanner didn't work. Whether printing from my email page or from my hard drive's .pdf file, the result was the same: "Printer is offline". Now what?
Just getting back home. Attempting the fix this afternoon, Will provide feedback.

I am assuming you are having a printing issue through the Norton VPN. So my question is have you attempted to set your printer in the split-tunneling feature? You need to add the executable for your printer software suite as shown in the article below.
