If only Norton didn't try to con you when renewing subscription by inviting renewal at £13.99 and then immediately hiking it to £19.99 as soon as "subscribe now" is selected, one wouldn't have to spend half and hour on a chat line mounting a challenge to buy at advertised price! How many people can be bothered? But I guess that's what they rely on!!
