What are semantic error reporting submissions?

Vista sp2

FireFox 3.6.12

 

I disabled:

 

CPU display

idle time optimizer

performance monitoring

 

 

Look at the screen shots and see if anyone can come up with a reason why I am getting these errors.


Thanks in advance. So far I did a complete "disk cleanup" and that is it.

I know there is a lot of info here so If anyone tackles this I will be much appreciated.  I happen to think it is because of the settings I have disabled.
