What are the best Norton settings to protect a gaming website owner from phishing and malware?

I manage a Nintendo-focused gaming website called Tomodachi Life ROM, where I publish game guides, 3D gaming content, and tutorials.

Since I regularly download test files, images, and website resources from different sources, I want to make sure my computer stays secure without affecting performance.

I have a few questions:

  • Which Norton features provide the best protection against phishing websites and malicious downloads?

  • Are there any recommended settings for someone who manages a content-heavy website?

  • Does enabling all browser protection features have a noticeable impact on browsing speed?

  • How often do you recommend running full system scans versus quick scans?

  • Are there any security best practices that website owners should follow in addition to using Norton?

I’d appreciate any recommendations or tips from experienced Norton users.

Is this all being done on a single computer? Norton products are not designed to protect a web site server. If the website is on a separate server, and you are doing the development on another computer, the development computer will be protected from the items you are concerned about. You would need another product to protect the website server.
