Are you streaming anything or trying to stream anything when you see this message? If you are playing a 'free' game, this could be an ad that gets displayed by these free games, and there is something wrong with the certificate for the site it is trying to display.
To be safe I would just choose Cancel from those options. Who really wants the ads anyway.
