What could this be about?

Issue abstract: Trying to get a full scan done. And, then I tried to get a Smart scan done. It’s not working correctly.

Detailed description:
First, I tried to do the full scan and I saw the first image. Then, I did a LiveUpdate, and then I tried to do the a full scan, and I saw the 2nd image.

Then, I tried to run a Smart Scan, but it’s been doing this for over an hour now (3rd image) It still says Scanning… I actually had to turn off the monitor. Because, it won’t go to sleep by itself.
