....Where we can vote a Mod of the week/month? I was just coming from the point of view that they can get recognized in some way for their contributions to this forum, in such a way that it will in turn say to their Bosses/management that hey they are doing great work/PR for the company...Sort of like a thank you letter that not many people send in for great service received.
I know we have the kudos system but I'm mainly thinking of a way Mods who do a great job will be recognized by their management! (and rewarded accordingly??? 
)
Is this a viable thought? It's mainly for Mods who go above what we expect to recieve in the help/information etc. Opinions please...
