What do they mean "download norton family."

I got this message: “We’ve updated the technology behind our web filtering. Please update Norton Family on your devices.”

does that mean update house rules or download software. If the latter, where the heck is it? there’s no link or directions. I see no place on the website for downloading of parent controls.

that’s not a link to a download, it just takes me to norton portal. i see no place there to download norton family, i honestly have never found it more difficult to find a downlink link than with norton,
