Suddenly, all I get from the Norton Search Page is more links that directs me to even more links. What has happened? I wonder if making changes on setup have something to do with this. I use Norton 360 with VPN on Windows 10 and Firefox as my browser.

There is nothing in the right hand corner as you mentioned. So I removed the software and re-installed it. Then when I attempted to activate the vpn feature, it would not work. Then I remembered about resetting my router. Once I did that; then I was able to activate vpn. However, if I get another problem doing searches, then I believe there"s a glitch in the "Safe Search" and will look into going with a different security and virus program.
If you mean Norton Safe Search which is a browser extension you should probably uninstall and then reinstall.
Click on the extensions in the upper right corner of the browser and then "manage extensions". Remove the extension and then use Norton to reinstall. Open Device Security and then internet security.
