What happened to the start page?

In the latest versions of Norton 365 the start page does not display properly.

What in the heck has happened here? I did not change my screen resolution or anything. Does anybody have a solution?

Try running LiveUpdate again and restarting your computer after the update has run. Be sure you use Restart and not shutdown and startup again.

You can get to the LiveUpdate by right clicking on the Norton icon in the System Tray and choosing Run LiveUpdate.

Just ran LiveUpdate. There was no update, and consequently nothing changed. I restarted my PC, and now everything is back to normal. I have had this problem occasionally in recent weeks. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

Any software update can benefit from a system restart. Even though 360 says it is not needed for all updates, sometimes it is needed.

This is just a Windows thing. And it is always possible that you could be the only one that sees a specific issue due to the specific combination of hardware and software on your system.

Two reboots later and the issue has resurfaced. Frustrating! I did notice that the border of the main Norton window looks slightly modified, particularly at the four corners.

I have a “run-of-the-mill” integrated Intel 630 graphic chip, running at a resolution of 2560x1440.

@merinber In your Windows settings lower your scaling value and reboot. That should make things stick globally. Your screen resolution is also high, both scaling and resolution may be conflicting with Norton.

I do not want to change my scaling value, which is at 100% for this would change the display for all other apps and icons. No other program has problems with my current settings.

Ok!! Lower your resolution. The issue is with your Windows settings.
