Hello,
can someone explain to me what Symantec calls an 'upgrade'? It is jumping from Norton Antivirus 2007 to Norton Antivirus 2010 or is it going from Norton Antivirus to Norton 360, or from Norton 360 to Norton 360 Premier Edition? I'm still confused about this one. Wouldn't the former be a subscription renewal?
