Norton dashboard has never done anything for me. When I open it, all I get is a big window of nothing. There is a huge white area on the right half of the window where I assume something is suppose to show up, but as I said it's blank. I'm getting notices now that I'm not taking advantage of everything in my Norton and to open the dashboard to learn more, but again, there's nothing there.
Suggestions?

I can't figure out how to do a direct upload or paste of an image here, so I put the two shots into a zip file. One shows the home screen, the other what I see after clicking on "Login", the question mark or the gear icon.
