What is this badge says?
A risk or something? I scanned my computer but no risks, what could it be?
It means that Norton is in "Silent Mode".
It's usually triggered when your playing a game or watching a full screen video.
Right click on the icon and choose "turn off silent mode"

First of all, thank for the answer.
But this badge is still shows after I disabled the slient mode.
What should I do?
This icon showed at my computer from yesterday untill now, and I tried to restart my computer.
I'm refering to the icon on the left, the Norton icon that looks like an acorn with devil horns.
I have no idea what the question mark is for.
Are you saying the norton icon does not change between the icon in your screenshot to the regular icon when you toggle between silent mode and regular mode?

The Icon does not changed.
The problem started from yesterday, when I played grand theft auto San Andreas.
Ummm... Well,
I just tried to update my Norton and the icon fixed.
