Have just received my pending auto renewal notice for December 2012 and happened to notice that VAT is included in the charge.
Looked back for the last couple of years and it appears to have started in 2011.
USA don't have a VAT. Australia doesn't have a VAT but has GST that is not applicable on overseas purchases.
So which country is Norton paying the collected VAT to?
