A VPN kill switch will cut off your internet connection if it detects that your VPN has lost its connection. This is so you do not unknowingly go on using an unprotected network connection.

You can turn that off from the 360 main screen. On the left side click on Privacy and then click on Open VPN. Then click on the Settings tab and scroll down to the Kill Switch setting and turn it off.
