What is way to know if item fals positive and how to report

Norton Security Auto-Protect  processed and then quarantined  SAPE.Heur.A98C0.  I then tried to look for information through google web search but found no CLEAR helpful information; just found it in a list on some listed page but no helpful information other than just being on a list telling nothing.

Norton Security shows no pathway to find or submit anything for Symantec to tell me how and what it is.  The item is quarantined, and that is all I know.  I do not know if it was a real threat.  I do not know if a false positive.  N.S. showed information in Recent History, Options, that the item was contained in Smoothdraw4.exe, which I have NOT USED for at least two months.  The Smoothdraw4.exe file and associated application package has been on this computer for about 2 years with no sign of any malware nor infection problem.  I was neither even using Smoothdraw tonight when N.S. caught SAPE.Heur.A98C0 and removed quarantined this item.

Someone tell me what to do.  Could I simply go through N.S., History, choose the item, and restore+exclude from further checking for this item?  How exactly can I give the file to Norton orSymantec for examination?   Where is the stuff to do the false positive from/to Symantec or to find out?
