I wanted to try out controlling an instance of Ghost on another system from a copy installed locally. The docs say that "Use simple file sharing" should be turned off and that in Windows Firewall you should have an exception for "File and Printer Sharing" (page 103 and 104 of the guide).
In my case I'm running Windows 7 and don't see an option for "Use simple file sharing". I suspect that this may be what in Windows 7 is called "Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended)" and I have this unchecked. I do have the exception for "File and Printer Sharing" in place.
When I try to connect it fails - after a long pause it asks me for credentials again but still fails to connect. I know that the issue is that somethng else needs to opened in the Windows Firewall because if I simply disable the firewall altogether it then works.
