Well, being that Norton is doing a real crappy job of getting the information out there and NOT placing anything in their forums about this I need to ask this question. What version of the NEW Norton replacing Norton 360 Primer?
However, being that I did a search on this forum it seems to me that Norton does not give a crap about their customers. My renewal will be up in 76 days and I will go somewhere else if I can't get a true honest response and not from someone in BFE India. Plus, If I lose any of the attributes that I had in the Norton 360 Premiere I will most definitely will go to a different company. Do you understand that Norton? This is the most frustrating thing of all time. I don't want to here some stupid excuses or lame crap you dump on people to make them believe something that is actually not true. I don't want a zillion links directing me to a zillion different directions. I have been a Norton subscriber for over 15 years. Trust me I have NO issue going else where.
Lastly, there should be something in the Forums that has this information for your customers. You are not doing a very good job of this. And the title should read something like Upgrading to the new Norton or something of that nature. There is NOTHING!!! If you find my post offensive, think how offensive I find your customer service to be as well.
