I have a separate Yahoo email account for a couple of Yahoo groups I belong to. I haven't posted there for about a year and a half, so you can imagine my surprise when I logged on and found that several people in the group have received an email from me with "Link to [my name]" in the sender's box. Since I haven't posted there for so long, many people don't know who I am and so are deleting the email without opening it, thank goodness. As I look at my SPAM folder, I see two failed mailings from my account because whoever sent this virus through my email account sent it to all of the people in the address list and two of the three individuals in my email list for that account have changed their email account -- so I do have the message that was being sent (gibberish). There have been 2 failure notices -- one on Wednesday and one today, so I fear that this is going to continue to be mailed out until I figure out how to get rid of it. My virus protection on my computer is up to date, I haven't mailed anything through that account for a year and a half, I can't locate how to contact Yahoo, so is there anything I can do? Thanks.
