Searching Ideas for Issue's & Updating. The Support Received by Norton is Top notch, The best with out a doubt. Within the past week I have called them 4 times, I feel I'm bothering them, they assured me I wasn't. Since updating to Windows 10 my vault access has been put to the test. Meaning when accessing, it appears as though I just installed the product asking me to setup my vault. About 2 - 3 years ago I joined Norton One thinking all my problems will be solved, Between my wife, son and phones all my seats are full. 5 of them I think maybe 6. I see Norton One is disbanding and Norton 360 is also being renamed I think to Norton Security. While glancing at the features of this new Norton Security, I do not see any comments about a Vault. Would or could someone share the plans of future Norton products and give some suggestions? I surely hope the vault doesn't get disbanded. Numerous times it has been a lifesaver for us. Anyone got a thought on this please don't keep it a secret, share. Greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Hi, wyopsychnp,
Yes, you will be able to combine up to three computers running Norton under a single subscription. You just need to activate the software on each one with the key from your existing subscription, or download & install the software by logging into your Norton Account and clicking the big yellow Download button from your subscription's line under the Products tab.
As for talking to a "real person" at Symantec, the easiest way is through the Live Chat feature on the Customer Support page. I'll be back in a minute with the link, should you need to use it at some point.
When you get your new computer and beofre you try to install your Norton, please tell us what security application comes on it preinstalled usually as a trial. There are essential steps to take before installing any other "brand" of security application and we can point you in the right direction.
As per Hugh's comments, if the trial on the new machine is Norton Internet Security rather than N360, it will need to be removed, and N360 installed before you can activate it using your present key.
