Whats wrong with my Norton display?

Why does my Norton Anti-Virus display image look weird?
When i open my norton open, the outline display or whatever u call it, is not the same. The map looks frozen, the yellow outline is black, and some buttons are missing but i can still click them (like the exit button).

I don't know why you're having the problem but with some additional information about your system maybe we can determine why and then fix it. :smileyhappy:

Are we talking desktop or laptop, operating system, other security software installed, or incompletely removed? Are your graphic drivers up to date? Seeing any other odd/interesting displays, added any new programs?

I have a desktop, Norton 360. I haven't downloaded or installed anything new to my computer aside from the liveupdate.

I had exactly the same problem. Had to uninstall and reinstall to get rid of it. Was very easy to do when I found out how! Help text helped me finally. Sorry, haven't a clue why this happened a few days ago.
