Added new local Windows user account to child's computer (Windows 7). Current versions of Norton Family and N360 on this computer. After adding the user account, the Norton Family Parental Control software portal page:

Manage Activity > Devices > Alerts
"2/22/15 3:43 PM : A new Windows user account is created and Norton Family cannot monitor this users activity. Please assign this Windows account(s) ([{0} {1}]) to one of your children. [COMP-NAME]"
Then on that Windows 7 computer device I assign the account to one of my children (I maintain a 1:1 relationship between accounts and children, each child has their own account on all computers in household). But I am getting an error all afternoon and evening and cannot protect the new account.
Norton Family > How does your family log on? > Change > Finish
This is the error:
