Error message (below) keeps popping up, causing PC to lose focus. Message was deemed useless earlier last year. Be nice if they got rid of it.
"Norton Security Scan cannot launch because %CCROOT% failed in initialization".
Look in Windows Settings > Apps for Norton Security Scan. This might be a Norton app that can get installed as you uninstall your Norton 360 or Norton Security product. If you find it, try to uninstall it.
