Hello. I have Norton Family installed on our IOS Mobile Devices. However, When I log into the Norton Family site, i am not seeing any activity for text messages being reported as having been sent or received. Instead I receive the message below:
UserXX not associated with any messaging-capable device or has not performed any messaging activities for Last 7 Days. Any idea how long it takes for the messaging report to show up?
