If you cannot remember a Settings password, you can try reinstalling your 360.
Start by uninstalling your 360 using the information in this Norton Support article.
Download and run the Norton 360 Remover tool for Windows Use the Remove only instructions, then restart your computer. Restart, not shutdown and startup again. Then log into your Norton Account and download and install your 360 from there. Restart the computer again and then test.
It ask for a password when I downloaded the Norton 360 Remover tool.

If not, the password you are being asked for is probably the Windows Administrator Account password. Norton requires that you are logged in as an administrator or you have to fill in the User Account Control prompt for the admin password.
