Hi Quads,
I am having same kind of problem, whenever I try to connect to internet my symantec antivirus starts showing this popup, and it becomes an endless streak, but it is not going away, I have tried scanning but it is not helping.
Can you please help me, as your post said in thread your solution is user specific so I am not following any of your step untill you suggest me to do so.
