my subscription was renewed a month before renewal date, I have cancelled subscriptions, How do I get a refund.when I should be able to contact Norton directly. Refund now please.

What is the point of this forum? Is this an official contact base to Norton directly? If so why have I not had a rerply. This company has poor communication skills.
I have searched every page I can get and cannot find out how to contact Norton. I now believe this company is a scam in many ways, by continually telling me there are thousands of things wrong with my computer but when I purchase something to fix it, there is actually nothing wrong ( From an it professional helping me). I still have not been able to contact Norton for a refund.
