Paul Cripps:

What is the point of this forum? Is this an official contact base to Norton directly? If so why have I not had a rerply. This company has poor communication skills.

Hello @Paul Cripps

Paul Cripps:

I have searched every page I can get and cannot find out how to contact Norton. I now believe this company is a scam in many ways, by continually telling me there are thousands of things wrong with my computer but when I purchase something to fix it, there is actually nothing wrong ( From an it professional helping me). I still have not been able to contact Norton for a refund.

i think its about 2 months before your subscription expires you start getting the email notifications about auto renew

its more or less what you agreed to when you started

i think they give a date for when they expect to take payment

if you choose not to renew than you will need to contact them for refund

Hello @Paul Cripps
Welcome to Norton Community

  • Renewal: subscriptions automatically renew unless the renewal is cancelled before billing. Renewal payments are billed annually (up to 35 days before renewal) or monthly depending on your billing cycle. Annual subscribers will receive an email with the renewal price beforehand. Renewal prices may be higher than the initial price and are subject to change. You can cancel the renewal as described here in your account or by contacting us here or at 844-488-4540.

https://us.norton.com/

We send a notification email before each upcoming annual renewal (usually about 50-65 days ahead), so that you are not caught off-guard. This notification email provides important information, such as the price for the next annual term, and the subscription renewal and billing dates. This helps you to adjust your protection plan according to your needs.
Another benefit of subscribing to our automatically renewing subscription is that you gain the benefits of the Norton Virus Protection Promise.
