When Norton 360 is opened, cannot access program functions or account

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: When I open my Norton 360 I cannot access any of its’ function or settings. Instead I get a message stating “No Active Subscription On This Device”. The program otherwise appears to be working.

Is this a new installation of 360?

Have you restarted your computer since seeing this message? Restart, not shutdown and startup again.

I did the restart as requested but still getting the same message.

At the top right of the 360 interface, click on the user icon and sign into your Norton Account. That should sync the installation with your Account and activate the features.
