When norton internet security will support the anti spam microsoft outlook express with ssl port

Dear Norton,

 

1. I'm still waiting the NIS anti spam working properly in Microsoft Outlook Express (I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2010) for port incoming with SSL (now the mayority email client use this port), I seen that another Internet Security could working on this port for the anti spam.

 

2. I little bit doubt that if NIS 2014 still didn't supported the SSL port it's mean that the email anti virus could be too didn't supported by NIS.

 

Please advice me.
