Yes it does. It's caused by a long unbroken line (usually a link) or a graphic that pushes the right edge out of bounds. In many cases we fix the issue. If it is a long link, the fix is simple, just change the link to a hyperlink and we are good to go. On the other hand screenshots are a differnt story, we can resize them as well, but sometimes they lose there detail when we do. In those cases we have to decide if the graphic will still be readable after we resize.

A possible workaround to this is to use CTRL-PLUS and CTRL-MINUS in either IE 7 or Firefox.This changes the "zoom" level of the screen. It doesn't always work, though.
