I purchased Norton Security Premium through a Norton support chat. I previously had Norton 360 for several years but needed to change it to a product for more devices. The rep asked me several questions about what types of devices I have and what type of protection I needed. So far I've found out I can't use it on my daughter's iPhone 4 (I can't upload to the newest OS for Norton to work on it) and now I can't install protection OR Norton Family on my other daughter's Chromebook, which was the extra device that I needed to purchase a new product for in the first place! I'm beyond dissatisfied, when this rep SPECIFICALLY asked me what I needed to protect. Are the Norton sales reps not aware of which devices are supported or what?! Now I've paid for the most expensive protection and I can't even use it for half of my stuff. So upset about this, after years of good protection from Norton.
