I would like to see the security history report that supposedly is generated when scans are done, I am using a Mac with Mojave. I seem to remember seeing this report in the past but now I cannot figure out how to get to it. Could you please help?

Thanks again bjm for trying to help. I do not have any social media accounts.... I appreciate the offer for a phone number, but prior experiences convinced me that calling is a royal waste of time. Yes, I came across the answer for Windows when I Googled the topic. The Mac doesn't have anything similar. Apparently there is nobody from Norton on this forum.....
I will just give up and look for a better solution when time comes as Norton doesn't care about anything but selling.
Thank you very much for taking the time to describe how to try to beat the system and get to an agent. I tried the approach many times. Yesterday I could not get anywhere regardless what I asked for. Today, I was more hopeful because after going through "Kate" a few times, finally a message appeared to tell me that "Estimated wait time is4 minutes'. At the conclusion of the wait time, "An agent will be with you shortly" was displayed. Then "You are chatting with ..." was displayed for a second. Then I was kicked out of the "session" finally established with a human being, with the following displayed:
Clicking on the last link, displayed the following:
"I apologize for being unable to assist you further. If you still need help, contact us to chat or speak with one of our Specialists. Chat Now"
I went through this about 4 times, with different wait times for the instantly disappearing live agent. Is this support? My prior opinion about Norton support was re-enforced. They really make fun of their customers. This is worse than no support. How can a company afford to do this? They do not forget being aggressive and trying to push on you all kinds of other products. When my subscription expires, I will be looking for a replacement. Terrible, horrible, despicable "support".
