I have been advised (by Norton) to try downloading the 2011 version of Norton Family Protection in order to try and solve the issue I have been getting. (I think it possibly relates to the Java problems that others have reported because family protection stops my son from accessing the minecraft server he has created - which is all linked to Java).
Anyway, when I asked where I could get a 2011 version of the software they said to try the community noticeboard. I have tried searching but cannot find it.
Can anyone send a link?
