Does anyone know how to get a real tech support person (without paying) to tell me how to switch out computers on my 3 computer deal. I have wasted a freaking day on this and am very close to telling them to cancel my renew subscription and I'll just buy new software and start over.
I'm sure there is someone here who will be more than glad to provide yo with instructions - free of charge.
That said, we'll need to know which Norton Product (name and Version) you are talking about and also the operating systems involved. Exactly what are you tryng to do, bring new systems on line or what?
What security software have you got on the machines now? You may need a removal tool.
