Where do I submit viruses to be tested?

Because I tested a binder which norton absolutely failed to pick up & recognize.  I'd like them to look at it so the products can identify it.

 

Log in, dl attachment & use to bind to a file.  Please look into this and add it to your virus definitions or whatever you do with stuff like this.

thanks.  I've managed to bind it to a program, launch it and now I'm recieving emails of what I'm doing thanks to it... Really needs to be looked into by norton.
