Where has the "My Services" Link in my Norton Account Gone?

This is my second attempt to create a new thread which I had attempted to create some 3 hours ago and which seems to have just vanished.

I refer to the vanished thread in my contribution to the thread Re: My Services (correct) My Devices (wrong) (https://community.norton.com/en/comment/7503641#comment-7503641).

My situation is:

I accessed my Norton Account today from the app (Help>My Norton).

 

I found myself on an "Account Settings" page with tabs - the open tab was "My Subscriptions". When I opened the pull-down menu under My Norton, the menu did not have My Services as an option, whereas it had had this before.

 

Instead, "My Devices", "Download Norton", "Automatic Renewal Settings" and "My Subscriptions".

 

Persevering, I googled a login page for Norton Account and navigated to an "Account Settings" page from there. This page's format was noticeably different from that with the tabs (for starters, no tabs!).

Here, "My Services" was offered as a link on the "My Norton" pull-down menu. However, each time* (*see note) I clicked on this link, I was redirected to the page shown in the second picture with its different set of links on the pull-down. (*Note: I signed out of the Norton Account and back in again from the googled page, clicked on the "My Services" link, and was similarly redirected.)

 

My questions, then, are:

  1. What gives with the missing "My Services" link on one "Account Settings" page, and the re-directions from the extant "My Services" link on the other "Account Settings" page?
  2. Is this happening on other or all client's accounts or just mine?
  3. And, if just mine, why? I'd hope it wasn't in reprisal for the rather tame criticism I gave in this post: Re: Account's "Devices" missing a device (https://community.norton.com/en/forums/accounts-devices-missing-device#comment-7482141). If it were, that'd be just too petty. If it's a sales/marketing strategy, I'm disgusted!
