Just got a new box with Win7; now the software I use to access another PC remotely has issues. The software mfr says I need to disable something in Norton called "Guarded ID", then the remote access will work properly. Running Norton Security Suite 5.0.0.125 courtesy of Comcast. Where is "Guarded ID" and how do I disable it? Thank you!!!
