Where is setting to turn off window that offers to install Norton Safe Browser

I keep getting intrusive windows to put on Norton Browser. I iwient to settings. Notifications for products is muted so what do I need to set where to stop this constant annoyance.

My solution might sound crazy but I installed Norton Private Browser and never use it.

What I find amazing is that Norton Software Updater does not check for updates for Norton Private Browser but does check for updates for Edge and Chrome.
