Where is Symantec's Management

Have there been any post(s) from Symantec's Management explaining why a decision was made to roll-out new forums that are so poorly designed and contain so many known bugs?

Surely the known bugs (described in numerous customer's recent posts) were discovered during testing and known to Symantec's management .... yet the new forum was rolled out anyway!

Can someone from Symantec's management take ownership of this situation and please explain to us customers why the roll-out was not postponed until the major bugs were resolved?

There are many apologists among the customers (non-employees of Symantec) who frequently post here, but how about someone from Symantec's management having the courtesy of providing an explanation to us customers????
