Where is the correct place to post questions about Norton Security?

And how long does it take before my post appears?

I am actually a newbie in new username & email (and account) only. Back in Feb and Mar I posted several questions in "Other Norton Products" using the username Tom Bennett and a different email addy. Unfortunately I forgot to keep a record of my password and your login does not have one of those handy links for when you forget your password. Oh well.

I am almost certain that is what has happened given that my posts had both a link and an image.

Especially for new forum members, any post that may have an image or a link may be delayed until a moderator ensures everything follows the forum guidelines. And as floplot notes, the spam filters for the forum may have picked up some phrase in your post. That will also delay until a moderator checks it out. 

On the weekends, there are fewer moderators available, so it can take a little longer. Especially on a holiday weekend.

Hello Michael

If they are not in your Activity Log, then they didn't get moved to a different Board. If they were spam, they would get deleted, but so would your Account. If there was a picture that was being moderated, then the rest of the post would be posted.

Good to know. Then I posted in the correct place.

I've posted 4 or 5 comments in last 24 hours in Norton Security.

Only one didn't get posted...even though I tried a second time.

Any idea why some comments/questions may not post immediately?

For example, are they possibly scanned for certain keywords and redirected to a different list (or thread) than the one for "Norton Security" where they may be placed in  a queue which necessitates a longer wait  time?

FWIW, the two missing comments are also missing from the Activity Log for my account.
