Where is the “ignored items” list for Registry Cleaner in Norton Utilities 14

Hello;

I have Norton Utilities (v 14.5.0.118) on a laptop running Windows 7 32-bit and after running the registry cleaner I chose to ignore one problem but I think I did it wrong (I read Allen’s post on this where he said to add the “value” to the ignore list and I added the “subkey”).

My question: Where can I access the “ignored items”, and how can I change it (eg remove it from the list, re-scan, and then ignore it properly)?

Thanks to all who take the time to respond.

Tonia.

To manage Ignore Lists, do the following:

  1. Start Norton Utilities.
  2. In the left pane, click Administer.
  3. In the right pane, click Settings.
  4. Under Options, click Ignore Lists.

You can add or remove a registry key or value here.
